The route will be to Geneva, OH, locations will be posted. In the past we headed to Old Mill Winery, Grand River Manor, Taylors Pub and back to Newton Falls area. The route is very nice and an easy ride. The cost of the ride will be $25 per couple $15 single, the registration cost will include a door prize for the rider, a chance to win the "best" hand prize, lots of food (turkeys on the spit accompanied by lots of sides donated by friends and businesses). In the past the food has been a huge "hit" and well worth your money, but remember all this is for a good cause and all proceeds will be donated! Sponsored by Buckminn's and presented by the Xenia HOG Chapter to purchase Christmas gifts for needy kids served by the Greene County Combined Health District. In memory of Buckminn's employee Russell "Rusty" Shearer, over $110,000 has been raised since 1992. Registration 11 am to 1 pm $20 Rider $5 Passenger. First 150 registered receive free bandana. Scenic 70-mile ride begins and ends at Buckminn's. DJ music, games, raffles, door prizes, silent auction and FOOD! We provide for our guests a hog roast meal and homemade desserts, served beginning at 2:30 pm. Ritter's Frozen Custard will be sold, with a donation from Ritter's to the Holiday Project.

Ride for the Wall

Ride is to help the fundraising efforts to construct a Veteran's Wall (representing all branches of the service) at Moundview Park in Newtown, OH. $20 bike/$5 passenger or preregister in person at Burger Farm & Garden or Main St. Cafe for $15 bike/$5 passenger and receive a free ride pin. On site registration begins at 10AM, ride departs Burger Farm & Garden, 7849 Main St., Newtown, OH 45244 at 1PM. Enjoy an 85 mile country scenic ride including a covered bridge. Vendors and refreshments prior to ride, food drinks, music, door prizes and raffle at the end of the ride. Southern Local Little Indians 2nd Annual Poker Run

Join us for the Southern Little Indians 2nd Annual Poker Run. The event takes place on July 10th, 2010. The registration table will be located at the Kiwanis Bldg. 100 North Street, Salineville, OH. behind the Huntington Bank on Main St. Registration opens at 11am with the last bike coming in by 5pm. We have a great route planned for this year, with some great back roads and some great stops along the way. There will be prizes awarded for the highest and lowest hands of the day. The cost is $15 for single and $20 for rider and passenger. This year the ride is on the same weekend as the Salineville Salt Festival, so there will be plenty of activities at the registration point, with a parade at 6 pm. Riders that are interested in entering the parade on their bikes can do so at the poker run registration, they will be awarding best of show motorcycle for the parade, so bring em out and show em off. Prizes will be awarded at the conclusion of the parade. There is also a corn hole tournament after the parade.The proceeds from these events benefit the Southern Local Little Indians Football & Cheerleading program.
