This is an opportunity for those of us in the trade to show new models, share giveaways, display promotional material and provide information. Whiplash Choppers? Lasche is a custom mechanical engineer/fabricator and former pro motocross racer, having raced successfully for nearly 25 years. A racing injury nearly cost him his leg within the last two years, but he's now racing again. More than five years ago, he started Whiplash in Hightstown, NJ, to build custom motorcycles, choppers and hot rods. His custom career can be traced back to his boyhood when, at about 10, he learned how to torch and weld at his dad's family-owned garage. I can create one-off projects for people who want something different, whether it's a brake pedal or a custom hot rod or chopper. I want to take the time to help design and build people's dreams, said Lasche. Tickets for the Bikes, Beers and Babes show are $10 in advance; $12 at the door.
