Poker Run to benefit The Children's Miracle Network

The Georgia Blue Knights, Chapter XIV, are once again teaming up with the Brunswick Walmart Store to host a Poker Run to benefit the Children's Miracle Network. This 96.7 mile group ride of predominately uncongested roads begins at the Strike Zone, Golden Isles Parkway, Exit 38 of I-95. The ride concludes at the Shrimp & Grits Festival on Jekyll Island after a police escorted ride across the Jekyll Island Causeway and a touring of the islands perimeter. The ride begins with registration starting at 0800 hrs, kickstands up at 0930 hrs. The cost is $15.00 per rider, $5.00 per passenger. This price includes your first poker hand and covers the parking fee of $3.00 to get on to Jekyll Island. Additional poker hands are available for $5.00 donation each. There will be raffles for prizes to include the grand prize; a Sanyo 26" LED High Definition television valued at $550.00, donated by Walmart. Raffle tickets will be $5.00 each or five (5) for $20.00.
